1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betper ("betper", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at betper.bio and associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the betper platform — including the website, mobile-optimised site, games lobby, sportsbook, cashier, live casino, bingo, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with betper's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing betper from the Philippines, including players located in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and all other regions of the Philippine archipelago.

2. Eligibility

To register and use betper, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. betper strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and scripts may not register accounts on betper.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betper, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from betper or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by betper or notified to betper by any Philippine regulatory authority.

betper reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on betper, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one (1) active betper account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's details, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. betper employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betper reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betper username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betper will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betper immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, betper may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account registered under your name)
• Source of funds declaration where required

betper reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC requirements are fully satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betper accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at betper's discretion. The current list of available payment options is always displayed in the betper cashier section.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits to betper are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though betper may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your betper account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. betper processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency

betper operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in PHP. betper does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly through its standard cashier.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

betper is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. betper reserves the right to investigate any transaction that appears unusual or inconsistent with a player's known activity. betper will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation relating to financial crime. Depositing funds with no intention to engage in genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betper offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all betper bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size per spin or round, and expiry date are stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Bets placed on games that are excluded from a promotion's wagering contribution will not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betper reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where betper has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets on the same event across accounts; exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage; or participating in organised schemes to systematically extract bonus value. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently suspended.

5.4 betper's Right to Modify Promotions

betper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would materially prejudice a player who has already commenced wagering under the promotion's original terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on betper — including slots, table games, video poker, bingo, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and is not influenced by betper or any third party.

6.2 Live Casino

betper's live casino games, including those operated under the EVO Live and MG Live banners, are delivered by Evolution Gaming and Microgaming respectively. Live dealer games are governed by the rules specific to each game variant as displayed in the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which betper has no authority to override.

6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

betper reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds display, or any other error attributable to betper's systems or third-party game providers. Where a technical error results in an erroneously large payout, betper may recover the incorrect amount from the player's account balance. betper will always attempt to remedy such situations fairly and will communicate with affected players via their registered email address.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betper:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets
• Collusion with other players in table games or any form of chip dumping
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with betper games or promotions

betper may permanently suspend any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct and may refer matters to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Responsible Gaming

betper is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. betper provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through every player account, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to betper are implemented immediately and remain in effect for the minimum period chosen by the player. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing their betper account, and betper will take reasonable steps to prevent the self-excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

8.1 Suspension by betper

betper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where betper has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, betper staff, or the platform's integrity
• The player is under the age of 21 or has become ineligible to hold a betper account

8.2 Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting betper support at [email protected]. Before closure, betper will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds remaining in the account. Bonuses and bonus-derived balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, all access rights to the betper platform are immediately revoked. betper will retain player account records for the period required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements, notwithstanding the account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betper platform — including but not limited to the betper name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, written content, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of betper or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betper platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any betper content without prior written permission from betper.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betper platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other matter relating to betper's games or services.

betper's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their betper account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit betper's liability for death or personal injury caused by betper's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

betper collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a betper account, you consent to betper's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy-policy.

betper takes the security of your personal data seriously and employs industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security monitoring to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betper reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betper will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the betper platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using betper and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and betper arising from these Terms or your use of the betper platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting betper support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
